I started this blog, and in the beginning I thought I would be happy by just posting some make-up looks and mini make-up hauls. With time though, I realized I wanted to do more than just blogging – which, by the way, I really suck at!
Many women that I know, and women that they know often asked me about beauty tips or complimented me for the make-up I would be wearing on that particular day. As a young professional and a beauty expert, I thought I would help women like me to feel more comfortable in their skin.
I believe everyone is beautiful, with or without make-up. But some people are either too shy or too afraid to get out of their shell. Some others can’t find the time for themselves.
Well, that’s what I am here for.
You don’t have to look like a model to feel beautiful, and you don’t have to spend loads of money.
What I can do to help you is:
- Personal shopping: I will guide you through the variety of brands and products the beauty market has to offer. Department stores, drugstores, niche beauty shops, you name it;
- Tailor-made service: my service is based on your budget, taste and skin type when necessary; because I am not related to any make-up brand, I do not work on commission. This means my advice is 100% honest and unbiased;
- Personal make-up lessons: one-to-one workshops where I will teach you the basics of make-up, skincare, and different make-up looks.
At the end of the day, what matters to me is that my clients feel good about themselves, a lesson I had to learn the hard way (believe me, I did).
I would like paraphrase the famous MUA Bobbi Brown, who managed to put down in words my exact thoughts:
“But first and foremost, feeling good requires and upbeat attitude, confidence, and a wicked sense of humor”.
And remember, make-up was not made to hide your features, but to enhance them.
